This Agreement is made effective upon accessing the course "Starting With The Basics"
on LearnWorlds.

BETWEEN: Dr. Alain Aubé and the ICO team ("Disclosing Party")
AND
The undersigned student/dentist ("Receiving Party")

Scope of Agreement: This agreement applies to all students/dentists accessing "Starting With The Basics"
whether they are located in Canada, the United States, or anywhere worldwide.

Purpose: The Disclosing Party desires to disclose certain confidential information related to the
course "Starting With The Basics" for educational purposes. The Receiving Party agrees
to maintain the confidentiality of the information.

1. Definition of Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, all course materials, videos,
documents, downloads, and any other content and intellectual property related to
"Starting With The Basics" and its modules.

2. Obligations of Receiving Party: Receiving Party shall:
a) Limit disclosure of any Confidential Information to its directors, officers, employees,
agents, or representatives as strictly necessary;
b) Not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or use the Confidential Information for any
purpose other than to further the purpose stated above;
c) Take all reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure or use of
Confidential Information.

3. Acknowledgment: By accessing the course and its materials, the Receiving Party acknowledges that they
have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this
Non-Disclosure Agreement.

4. No License: Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting or conferring any rights by
license or otherwise in any Confidential Information.

5. Return of Materials: All documents, records, notebooks, and other repositories containing Confidential
Information shall be returned promptly upon the Disclosing Party's request.

6. Duration of Confidentiality: The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the Disclosing Party's information shall
remain in effect indefinitely or until the Disclosing Party provides further notice
releasing the Receiving Party from this obligation.

7. Remedies: The Receiving Party acknowledges that any breach of this agreement may result in
irreparable harm to the Disclosing Party, and the Disclosing Party may seek injunctive
relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
jurisdiction in which the Disclosing Party operates. However, considering the global
applicability of this NDA, any disputes or conflicts arising out of this agreement may be
addressed in a competent court of law within the Disclosing Party's jurisdiction.
